The problem
Restaurants lose enquiries and bookings the moment staff are busy or off the clock. Every unanswered WhatsApp message about the menu, opening hours, or a table for the evening is a potential customer walking to a competitor. Owners needed a way to respond instantly, around the clock, without hiring extra staff to sit on the phone.
What we built
Kalpabriksha built an AI chatbot on the WhatsApp Business API, orchestrated with n8n and powered by OpenAI, trained on the restaurant's menu, timings, seating, and policies. The bot understands free-form questions in plain language, answers instantly, guides guests through a table reservation, captures orders, and hands off to a human when a request falls outside its scope. Every conversation is logged so the owner keeps full visibility of enquiries and bookings.
