The problem

Traditional jewellery businesses struggle with complex daily operations — fluctuating gold rates, intricate making charge calculations, hallmark verification, karigar (artisan) metal transfers, old gold exchange valuations, and GST compliance — often resulting in billing errors, inventory mismatches, and delayed accounting.

What we built

Kalpabriksha developed Aurum Jewellers ERP, a specialized management platform tailored for fine jewellery retailers and workshops. The system incorporates live daily gold rate updates (22K 916, 24K, 18K, silver) automatically applied to POS invoices, barcode-driven item stock with hallmark tracking, instant old gold melting and exchange value computation, customer monthly gold savings schemes, karigar metal-loss and job-work ledgers, multi-user role-based security (Admin/Staff), and comprehensive GST valuation reports.
